Formal dresses fit differently than clothing you normally buy – we recommend taking your measurements with a tape measure to choose the most accurate size. If you fall in-between sizes we advise to order up based on your most dominant measurement and have the dress professionally altered to fit perfectly.

Dresses run true to size, are made to standard lengths and labelled in US sizes. All garments are constructed with a 'regular' built-in cup that ranges from B-C cup size, however a small A or D will fit. Please keep in mind that alterations are to be expected, especially with sleek and body hugging dresses, and that fabrics will vary in fit and stretch factor. We are not responsible for any alterations required.

FIND THE PERFECT FIT: To make sure you get the fit that's the best for you, please Whatsapp us with your measurements and optionally recent photos for a sizing assessment. Our stylist will recommend what will work best for you based on your selection of favourite styles part of the promotion as well as the available stocks.
Models wear mostly US4/6 (XS/S) depending on the style:
US2 = XXS
US4 = XS
US6 = S
US8 = M
US10 = L
US12 = XL
US14 = 2XL
US16 = 3XL

We strive to fulfil every order as promptly as possible. However, please allow 1-2 business day for processing and shipment preparation. Processing time allows for payment clearance, steaming, quality control and packing. Orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day. Shipping timeframes are over and above our time needed to process your order.  It’s always best to order with plenty of time to spare.

For urgent orders based on your date of event, we will strive to prioritize and speed up your order. If you need your order sooner, contact us for rush processing and shipping options at an additional fee.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING applicable to all South African orders in main regions. For outlying areas, add 1-2 working days to the above standard delivery times and please note that additional shipping fees apply.

In the event your dress is too big for a dress box, or it's not included with your garment, we highly recommend purchasing a dress care bag that can be hung in your wardrobe for all your storage and traveling needs.
